Essence Festival 2025 Registration Terms & Conditions
All Deposits and Payments are Non-refundable due to Contractual Obligations. It is strongly recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance in the event of an emergency for a covered reason. If the special event is officially canceled by Essence Festival or Essence has to reduce its capacity of attendees, you will be issued a Travel Voucher minus the initial deposit of $75.00 to rebook for a future event. There will be No Refunds given.
Payment Plans are available. Monthly payments are due to keep your reservation secured.
